Description] Your key responsibilitiesPerform monthly payroll in accordance to the Singapore statutory requirements
Perform Singapore income tax returns filing (Form IR8A/IR21)
Handle government paid leave claim submission
Perform monthly payroll reports including General Ledger report
Answer clients' queries promptly and accurately
Provide support in general administrative tasks Skills and attributes for success Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Strong sense of urgency with great organizational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Meticulous, resourceful and reliable
Numerically inclined with good analytical and problem solving skills

HOD OF BUSINESS EXCELLENCE – exp in project management in 3PL or manufacturing environment

Job description

Our client, a MNC in logistics and supply chain is looking for suitable candidates to join them as HOD for Business Excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Integrate the organization to excel in business performance through Efficient Processes, Project Management, Continuous Improvement and Lean Management.
  • Lead organisational effort to shape organisational operational excellence, Safety awareness and compliance across the businesses.
  • Identify, manage and mitigate Safety risks associated with the working environment change.
  • Responsible for all Group Certifications for Singapore business.
  • Define scope and deliver the Business Excellence strategy to facilitate identification of cost reduction and improvement opportunities.
  • Consolidate and achieve the attainment of certifications for the various ISO standards at the Group level to ensure consistency and standardization.
  • Provide advice on end-to-end process improvement.
  • Inculcate continuous improvement & Lean mindsets through deploying Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management and Change Management throughout the Business Unit supported.
  • Train, coach, develop and certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belts, and Green Belts.
  • Develop, monitor and review the business Health & Safety (H&S) Management System & Plan with its objectives and targets.
  • Identify H&S training needs to ensure the required H&S competencies are met and reviewed.
  • Meeting Continuous Improvement KPIs/Targets and Safety KPIs set.
REQUIREMENTS:
  •  Minimum Degree holder with at least 8 years of experience in a Lean manufacturing environment with extensive hands on experience in developing and successfully driving Lean practices and a sustained mindset for Lean & Operational Excellence
  • Certified Green Belt or Black Belt certified with proven ability in application of Lean Six Sigma methods and tools
  • Trained in Prince 2 or PMP Project Management.
  • Good knowledge of Accreditation and Certification standards.

OBJECTIVES/DELIVERABLES
In this role, you will manage candidate searches. Our Recruiters thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done. You will have the opportunity to draw on your extensive knowledge of Talent mapping and forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners. You will perform candidate generation, client/account management, prioritize your time in an extremely fast-paced environment, push back when needed, and provide amazing customer service.
  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing strategies which target multiple candidate channels and assess candidates for fit and motivation rather than simply sell a role.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth screening of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
  • Articulate in writing recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
  • Participate in sourcing projects/recruiting initiatives including, but not limited to, meet-ups; tech events; conferences, and hackathons.
  • Research and build talent pools within AWS partners competitive landscapes.
  • Basic Qualifications
  • Experience in Executive Recruitment (Search firm or Internal Executive recruitment function) with the ability to engage and develop relationships at CxO level, internal stakeholders, senior leaders and peers alike
  • Working knowledge of best practice
  • A highly structured and organised individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A high attention to detail to identify risks, dive deep and discover the key cause and impact of options, decisions and outcomes;
  • Have a bias for action and a hunger for delivering results with relentless high standards
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
